Tahirih has a Master's degree in Nutritional Science and a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. She trained with Raja Yogis Michele Hebert and Mehrad Nazari for her RYT-200 and studies meditation with Michael DeFrancisco.
