To truly thrive I believe an individual's health and wellness is an intuitive integration of nourishing, satisfying food, balanced movement, and attention to spirit. Yet I haven't rested on mere beliefs, balancing the interplay of food, movement, and spirit is an innate part of my daily living.
I am excited to share my approach and guide you to discovering what best serves you; a way to uncover your nutritious body and delicious mind.
Tahirih has a Master's degree in Nutritional Science and a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. She trained with Raja Yogis Michele Hebert and Mehrad Nazari for her RYT-200 and studies meditation with Michael DeFrancisco.
